We provide school trips to Stratford upon Avon and the surrounding areas, and we offer host family accommodation. We would like to hear from families who would be interested in hosting foreign students.
Typically, 2-4 students will stay with a host family; usually for 3-5 nights, but occasionally for longer.
If you have any spare rooms and a love for meeting new people from different countries, please contact us below:

We ask the host families to provide a happy, warm, safe and welcoming atmosphere to students. The home should be clean and in a good state of repair. The students are perfectly happy to share a room as long as it is not with a family member.
They can share the bathroom with the rest of the family. They must have proper beds or a good quality pull out bed with a proper frame and mattress.
The students on short-stay groups are approximately 75% French. The rest are from Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, but a small number also come from other parts of the world and visit the UK as part of their education. They will be out all day on trips.
Please treat the students with respect and friendliness. It might be their first time away from home and their first time in the UK. Their memory at your house will stay with them for a long time.
Please feel free to set your own house rules for them. You need to feel comfortable at your own house and the students need to feel comfortable whilst they stay with you. Your experience will be enriching and rewarding.
Here are some mealtime suggestions; however, it is always advisable to speak to the students before preparing a meal to ensure that it is something they want.
Breakfast: Toasts with selections of spread, ham, cheese, cereal with milk and some cold and hot drinks.
Packed lunch: It is advisable to provide 2 rounds of sandwiches or 2 rolls with good fillings such as cheese/ham/tuna/eggs/chicken, 1 piece of fruit, crisps, biscuits, and drink.
Dinner: Typically students' favourite foods include pizza, pasta, fish and chips, burger and omelette, but any healthy hot meal will most likely be suitable. For dessert, yogurt, ice cream, and fruits are all popular.
We advise that you also provide some fruits, a loaf of bread and some water to which they can help themselves. It will make them feel more at home.
The central collection point is Stratford-upon-Avon Leisure Centre coach park.
The host will need to drop off the students between 8:00 - 8:30 and pick them up between 18:30 - 19:00.
