Stratford Host Families organises homestay accommodation for students between the ages of 12 and 18 years old in reliable families located in Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas. All our families are thoroughly inspected and many are DBS checked.
We organise homestay accommodation for mini-stays throughout the year and have an experienced team of people meeting and greeting coaches, and organising handovers to host families. Groups come to us from all over Europe, and we find many schools returning to us year after year.
Groups requiring language lessons can be accommodated in Stratford in a dedicated classroom environment with up to date teaching facilities. We have a team of qualified TEFL teachers who are experienced in teaching this age group and can provide lessons for any period from one morning to several weeks.
Groups who are staying in Stratford for longer periods are assessed on their first morning to determine their ability, before being placed in appropriate classes.
We run a Summer School in Stratford on Avon in July and August providing groups with lessons on weekday mornings with a full programme of sports and activities in the afternoons, with one half-day excursion during the week. There is a full day excursion every Saturday.
